We offer standard mechanical lacing, which includes a variety of standard mechanical fasteners with hinge pins -offering for easy, quick, and secure method of joining belt ends. Flexco bolt hinged and rivet hinged systems offer splicing solutions for heavier belting products conveying more aggravating media. SUPER-SCREW®
The Super-Screw® Flexible Rubber Fastening System is a unique and innovative solution that acts as an alternative to vulcanization in even the toughest, most demanding applications. The flexible splice screws directly into the belt with great accuracy and precision, offering a solution that is truly like no other.
This revolutionary fastening system consists of a top and bottom piece of rubber, reinforced with one or more fabric plies for strength, along with pre-drilled holes that are fastened together with screws and a cordless drill and bit. This creates a strong, yet flexible splice that provides all the benefits of vulcanization without the challenges. With Super-Screw, you can install these flexible splices regardless of the location or accessibility of the conveyor belt and regardless of weather conditions. The Super-Screw Flexible Rubber Fastening System can be used on belts with skived belt thicknesses from 5/32” to 3/4”(4 mm to 19 mm), and pulley diameters as small as 6”. Sizes are available to accommodate PIW ratings up to 1200.

WIRE HOOK LACING
For easy, economical installation and an exceptionally smooth joint, choose Alligator® Belt Lacing Fastener System. Steel or stainless lacing is available in continuous lengths to fit any belt width. The hammer-applied splice requires no special installation tools and is ideal for low-volume users with belts up to 1/2" (13mm) thick.
Alligator Belt Lacing can operate over pulleys as small as 1" (25mm) in diameter, or on belts with mechanical fastener ratings to 200 PIW (35 kN/m).
One-piece design provides uniform tension across the full belt width. Also helps ensure that no loose pieces work themselves out of the belt and into conveyed product.

STAPLE LACING
With pre-inserted staples and a one-piece strip design, Alligator Ready Set makes splicing quick and easy.

BOLT HINGED LACING
For belts operating over smaller pulleys – such as in construction equipment and road machinery – Flexco® Bolt Hinged fasteners are strong, dependable and easy-to-install. Hinged construction makes Bolt Hinged fasteners ideal for applications requiring frequent belt-length alterations, the joint can be separated simply by removing the hinge pin. A variety of hinge pins are available to match your application.

RIVET HINGED SYSTEM
Ideal for rubber plied and PVC solid woven belting, and for worn belts unfit for vulcanized splices, the Flexco® SR™ Rivet Hinged System delivers the performance, long life, and easy installation that maximize belt availability.

SOLID PLATE FASTENERS
The Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate Fastening System produces a strong, sift-free splice with superior holding ability thanks to a combination of top-and-bottom plate compression and high-tensile-strength bolts.
