These services are gratefully provided by Shenandoah industrial Rubber -whereby our trained belt technicians and assistants travel to your site where belts will be installed. One of three methods are used to make belts endless: vulcanized splice, mechanical splice using fasteners or lacing, and cold bond splicing.

CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZING
Hot vulcanizing produces an endless conveyor belt that is free of mechanical fasteners or lacing and allows for use with a larger range of pulley diameters. A variety of splicing patterns are used based on the particular application. SIRCO’s sophisticated splicing equipment and experienced technicians result in a reliable and efficient process for you. We offer cold conveyor belt vulcanizing also.
